PB Financial Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.3% to $0.65
PB Financial approved a $0.65 fourth-quarter dividend, up 8.3% from a year earlier, extending its streak to 60 consecutive quarterly payouts while reporting $1.56 billion of assets.
PB Financial Corporation raised its quarterly cash dividend to $0.65 per common share, an 8.33% increase from the fourth quarter of 2025 and the 60th consecutive quarterly payout by the North Carolina bank holding company.
Shareholders of record at the close of business on November 12, 2026, will receive the dividend on November 27. At the new rate, the annualized dividend is $2.60 per share. The company calculated a 3.56% yield using its October 29 closing price of $73.
Management said PB Financial has increased its cash dividend every quarter since it began paying one, a 15-year record. Original shareholders will have received $15.21 per share in cumulative cash dividends, equal to 138.27% of the original $11 purchase price, according to the company.
The dividend increase signals confidence in the bank's capacity to return capital, but the announcement did not disclose earnings, payout ratio or regulatory capital levels. Those measures are needed to judge how comfortably current profits support the higher distribution.
PB Financial, the parent of Providence Bank, reported unaudited September 30 balances of $1.557 billion in total assets, $1.313 billion in loans and $1.284 billion in deposits.
For investors, the next useful evidence will be the bank's full financial results and capital disclosures. A long record of increases is valuable, but future dividend growth still depends on credit quality, earnings and regulatory capital.
