InnovAge Jumps After Revenue Beat as Margins and Full-Year Results Improve

InnovAge rose more than 10% after hours after Q4 revenue beat estimates by nearly 10%. Revenue grew 18.3%, adjusted EBITDA margin reached 9.3% and management guided fiscal 2027 revenue to $1.05-$1.085 billion.

InnovAge’s after-hours rally was driven by more than a headline revenue beat. The quarter showed clear improvement in both scale and profitability.

The supplied source says fiscal fourth-quarter revenue reached $261.95 million, about 9.9% above the $238.28 million analyst estimate.

Revenue increased approximately 18.3% from $221.4 million a year earlier.

EPS came in at $0.06, below the $0.08 estimate, but net income improved to $9.8 million from a $5.0 million loss in the prior-year quarter.

Adjusted EBITDA margin expanded to 9.3% from 5.1%, which is arguably more important than the EPS miss because it shows better operating leverage.

The full-year picture was also stronger. Revenue rose 15.9% to $989.7 million, while the annual net loss narrowed to just $0.7 million from $35.3 million.

Full-year adjusted EBITDA margin reached 9.6%, up from 4.0% in fiscal 2025.

For fiscal 2027, InnovAge guided revenue to $1.05 billion to $1.085 billion and adjusted EBITDA to $105 million to $115 million.

That guidance implies management expects the profitability improvement to continue rather than reverse immediately after one strong quarter.

The risk is execution. Senior-health-care delivery is operationally complex, and enrollment growth can create cost pressure if medical expenses or staffing needs rise faster than revenue.

Investors should also remember that the stock had already gained more than 146% over the prior twelve months according to the source, so expectations are no longer low.

BTI’s bottom line: InnovAge’s Q4 was stronger than the EPS miss suggests. Revenue growth, margin expansion and 2027 guidance all point toward a more credible earnings model, but the stock now needs continued execution to justify a much higher valuation base.
