HEICO to Report Q3 Earnings: What's in the Cards for the Stock?

HEICO is expected to report fiscal third-quarter sales of $1.34 billion and earnings of $1.51 per share, supported by recent acquisitions, aerospace and defense demand, aftermarket growth and contributions from earlier deals.

HEICO Corporation HEI is scheduled to report fiscal third-quarter 2026 results on Aug. 25 after market close. The company delivered an earnings surprise of 24.81% in the last reported quarter. In June 2026, HEICO acquired a 90% stake in CalRamic Technologies, a manufacturer of high-voltage ceramic capacitors, and an 80% stake in Cook Defense Systems, a supplier of armored vehicle track systems. The transactions are expected to expand HEICO’s aerospace and defense portfolio, strengthen aftermarket capabilities and add revenue opportunities. Strong sales across product lines, led by aftermarket parts and distribution operations, and contributions from earlier acquisitions are likely to support the Flight Support Group’s fiscal third-quarter revenue. Healthy demand for aerospace, defense and electronics products is expected to boost Electronic Technologies revenue. The Zacks Consensus Estimate calls for fiscal third-quarter sales of $1.34 billion, up 17% year over year, and earnings of $1.51 per share, representing 19.8% growth. The Zacks model predicts an earnings beat. HEICO’s Earnings ESP is +3.20%, and its Zacks Rank is #2. Zacks says a positive Earnings ESP combined with a Zacks Rank of #1, #2 or #3 increases the likelihood of an earnings beat. Recent results from comparable defense and technology companies were favorable. TransDigm Group Incorporated TDG reported fiscal third-quarter 2026 adjusted earnings of $10.87 per share, 5.6% above consensus and 13% above the year-ago period. Sales rose 23% to $2.74 billion, beating consensus by 2.6%. Teledyne Technologies Inc. TDY reported second-quarter adjusted earnings of $6.28 per share, 8.7% above consensus and 20.8% above the prior-year figure. Sales increased 9.8% to $1.66 billion, exceeding consensus by 5.9%. Hexcel Corporation HXL reported adjusted earnings of 66 cents per share, up 32% year over year and 17.9% above consensus. Sales rose 8% to $529.3 million and surpassed consensus by 1.5%.
